What is “generic” itself? Is the effect produced by generic medicines the same as the brand ones do?

Is a delay at customs possible?
Customs can examine the parcel only if a consignee allows it, so you will be asked to come. Then you will receive your order. You may contact us if you have any problems with receiving the purchase.
In case the package is damaged or something is missing
