Delivery Terms
The delivery consumes some time because the medicines we offer are shipped from the country of production — India. On the regular bases it takes 10-17 days for goods to be delivered, but there can be a week delay in some cases.
If you have not received your order after the dead-line be sure you informed us so that we could suggest the best solution for the case.
Cancellation of the Order
NOTE: you can cancel your order only within first 24 hours; no cancellations are accepted after this period. You have to contact our support team in case you want to cancel your order.
Please, check the destination address you have filled in the order form before sending it. In case you noticed a mistake, contact us to correct it for us to deliver the goods to the correct place.
Compensation Payment
We guarantee our generic medicines to have the same medical effect as their brand analogues.
If the intended effect is not achieved, you have to inform us of the problem. Then you will receive the return address for us to have the pills back and refund the money.
Make sure that you follow all instructions before informing us. Keep in mind that fatty food and alcohol slow the effect of the medication.
Delivery
If you have not received the order after the dead-line you should inform our support team. We will send a refund to your credit card within 5-7 days. Mind that under normal conditions the shipping takes 10-17 days, but there can be an extra week delay.
We do not accept returns due to the specific nature of products and storage conditions they require.

Centralux Ltd has the right to accept or decline orders without giving any explanation. We send you a confirmation that we have received your order for a purchase. The contract is regarded to be concluded when Centralux Ltd issues a sale invoice and the order is checked by the pharmacist. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, so please be sure you provided a real address.
According to the medicines supply policy to the USA the delivery is checked by the US Customs and the FDA when crossing the border which can cause a delay or non-delivery of the order. The delivery time is not guaranteed. In case your order is seized by the US customs Centralux Ltd is not responsible for refunds. You have to be aware of possible delays and no refunds from Centralux Ltd in the above mentioned cases.
Your consumer rights are not influenced by any of these terms and conditions.
The possibility to order products on this site depends on their availability on stocks.
Usage Policy
Acceptable Use Policy document is an integral part of your Contract with Centralux Ltd. Centralux Ltd has the right to suspend or terminate your account if you run any of points listed in Prohibited Activities.
The Acceptable Use Policy is provided to prevent any irresponsible or illegal activities against Centralux Ltd, its customers or other Internet users. Centralux Ltd has the right to modify the list of prohibited actions when needed.
Prohibited Activities:
- One may not transmit, share or save any material corrupting any law or regulation. One is not allowed to use neither commercial classified information nor other intellectual property without corresponding authorization, and post any obscene, defamatory or threatening material violating export control rules.
- One is not allowed to send any Unsolicited Bulk Emails or spam trough Centralux Ltd’s servers, as well as posting advertisements or e-mail addresses or using resources hosted on Centralux Ltd’s servers. One may not use Centralux Ltd accounts or services for soliciting customers or receiving replies violating this Policy from another Internet Service Provider.
- It is prohibited to give the email address without permission of its owner. Mailing lists run by Centralux Ltd customers must be Closed-loop and the confirmation messages kept during the mailing list exists. One is not allowed to use any Centralux Ltd-hosted domain for addressing purchasing e-mails to third parties neither to refer to any Centralux Ltd account.
- Any advertising, transmitting or running the software, program, product or service violating the Acceptable Use Policy is allowed, as well as sending Unsolicited Bulk Email, initiation of pinging, flooding, mail-bombing or performing service attacks.
- Spamhaus Register of Known Spam Operations (ROKSO) database at www.spamhaus.org contains a list of persons and firms which are not allowed to operate or connect with, neither to resell the services to.
- We prohibit any attempts of «cracking»; any cases of obtaining the service avoiding the payment; unauthorized access, alteration or destruction of Centralux Ltd customers personal information by any means or device.
- Any kinds of activities harassing or denying the service of the Centralux Ltd network or of another provider’s network are prohibited.
- One is not allowed to use Centralux Ltd’s Services to distract the usage of the network by other customers.
Obligations of the Customers and their Users
All Centralux Ltd customers are agreeing on that all their customers, representatives or end-users will follow this Policy when receiving service from Centralux Ltd. Centralux Ltd customer’s postmaster is responsible for any complaints about customers, representatives or end-users of an Centralux Ltd customers. In case of any violations of the Acceptable Use Policy Centralux Ltd has the right to terminate its services or take measures to stop the customer from violating the rules with no warnings.
Limitations of Liability
- We are not liable for any delays within 10 days after the estimated shipping time (or additional working day if the term includes local holiday). This period after the estimated delivery date is called dead-line.
- If the address specified by the customer is wrong or invalid; if the customer prevents the delivery by not claiming the package or refusing it, or in any other way we are either not responsible for non-delivery. Reshipping can then be performed only by International Regular Mail.
- If there any complaints from the customer concerning color, appearance, size, marking or printing on the pills or packaging made by the generic product manufacturer which do not correspond to the customers’ expectations our company has no responsibility for such cases. All the information provided on this site concerning generic product (including thumbnails, product images, manufacturer names and marketing names) is given only for you to be informed.
- We are not responsible for any absence of the medical effect in case the product was bought for use without following the instructions.
- Keep it in mind that by completing and order from our company you agree with our limited liabilities listed above. The company may take legal actions or ban a user in case you claim for payments for any reason included in limitations of liability.
